  • If you're thinking of something to do next weekend, the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show is on from 27th - 31st March at the Royal Exhibition Building and Carlton Gardens. Incredibly, Knoxbrooke's Yarra View Nursery has teamed up with International New Zealand-based designer Bayley LuuTomes, to produce the amazing Show Garden 'Under the Golden Elm' featuring plants produced at YVN. It will be a must-see, so come and support the team! http://melbflowershow.com.au/…/landscape-design-show-garde…/
  • Some photos from our Basecamp Co-Design workshop 🙂 It's important that everyone has the opportunity to work together to design and develop their own Basecamp - so there will be other chances to be involved as the locations are announced.
  • We recently held a BaseCamp Co-Design Workshop with a group of our participants, families, staff and Board as part of our commitment to Work Together to create the best Basecamp model of Service. It was fantastic to capture all the ideas, comments, points of view and vision that will combine to make Knoxbrooke a wonderful place to belong to in 2019 and beyond!
  • Fed Square, Maroondah Dam, the Caravan and Camping Show and Koorie Heritage Trust have all been places of interest this month!
  • Members of the client council attended the four day Valid 'Having A Say' conference in Geelong this week! The conference theme this year was ‘Having a Say Forever’’. The 'Having a Say' Conference aims to empower people with disability. This means: • The opportunity to ‘have a say’ about issues that affect their lives • Opportunities to celebrate ability and achievement Everyone attending had a great time with many new memories and new friendships made.
