We are a for-purpose organisation that provides employment, development and support services for people with diverse abilities

Welcome to our new CEO

Over the past few months, the Board has undertaken a thorough recruitment process to identify a CEO with the right experience, leadership capability and cultural fit for Knoxbrooke. Today I am pleased to announce that the Board has appointed Annie Revell to the role of CEO.

Annie comes to Knoxbrooke with deep for-purpose and commercial leadership experience. Her impressive background includes senior leadership roles in sectors including support services for people with a disability, health, financial services, travel and FMCG (fast moving consumer goods). Annie’s diverse background combined with her caring, authentic and energetic style will be an asset as we deliver on our three-year strategy.

Annie joins us on Monday 4 March and will have a thorough handover with Charmaine Vanderbeek (our Interim CEO) in her first two weeks, including meeting as many of you as possible. Charmaine’s last day with Knoxbrooke will be Friday 15 March.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Charmaine for her enormous contribution to Knoxbrooke in the short time she has been with us. I’m sure you will agree she has been a highly positive influence, and her leadership of the development of our three-year strategy with the Board has set us up for a bright future.

Please join me in thanking Charmaine and welcoming Annie to Knoxbrooke.
