Supported Employment

Supported Employment is employment that’s structured to suit people with diverse abilities. 

The difference with Supported Employment is that it often breaks down jobs into smaller, more manageable tasks and at the same time,  provides you with the environment and extra support you need to do the work.   

At Knoxbrooke, we pride ourselves on the Supported Employment opportunities we offer.  Working in one of our social enterprises can help you realise your full potential – building your skills and confidence, and providing opportunity, greater independence and new friends.    

Our social enterprises are located across outer east Melbourne and West Gippsland, and can offer you the chance to work at our:  

• Wholesale plant nursery (we have three!) 

• Retail plant nursery 

• Packaging, Assembly & Warehouse site 

• Coffee shop 

• Vintage Vibes thrift shop 

• Commercial gardening service
