Knoxbrooke operate a range of successful social enterprises. Outsource in Bayswater and Warragul – Packaging Fulfilment and Timber, Garden Maintenance. Both Vintage Vibes Op Shop a Retail opportunity shop and Coffee Vibes, a cafe run within the West Gippsland Arts centre all within Warragul.
We also operate our flagship social enterprise , Yarra View Bushland ↗ which is Australia’s largest social enterprise nursery.

Group And Centre Based Activities
Our day service is based in Warragul and has recently been restructured to give our clients the quality of support they deserve, we have recently bought in a minimum of 3 days, with a ratio of 1:3 support.
We have moved from a casualised workforce to permanent highly trained staff who know the clients personally and understand their support needs and deliver this with genuine person centre care. Keeping our ratios small means the group can develop their programs based on their interests and goals and ensure the highest of quality and engagement.

Participation in social and community activities
Knoxbrooke offers 1:1 outcome based, flexible support for clients seeking greater independence through in-home and community based activity’s known as Knoxbrooke 365.
Support is offered 24 hours a day 365 days of the year including public holidays. The majority of support provided by Knoxbrooke 365 is between the hours of 6am and 10pm. Knoxbrooke 365 support is outcomes oriented with goals pre-agreed with Knoxbrooke’s NDIS team and tailored through the Knoxbrooke 365 team.
Knoxbrooke 365 offer support in the local government areas of:
- Knox
- Maroondah
- Whitehorse
- Monash
- Yarra Ranges
- Baw Baw Shire
Knoxbrooke 365 support is outcome oriented and tailored to each clients’ preferences. Particular attention is paid to matching support staff based on outcome support, interests, age or gender. Knoxbrooke 365 has a diverse support staff team.
All support staff have undertaken a range of tailored training activities including COVID-19 safety training. A 24 hour ONCALL emergency service is available to all clients and staff should this be required.
Community Independence Support often includes: Support to attend gyms, beaches, discos, bingo, zoos, hydrotherapy, bowling, fishing, bocce, go-karting, bike riding, netball, football, soccer, rugby, festivals, bush walking, markets, horse riding, live music, Shows (Melbourne, Lilydale), theatre, movies, Girl Guides, volunteering, Zoom sessions and more. Assistance with Daily Life
In-home support is a tailored independent living skills program which may include:
- Preparing a shopping list and doing a specific shop
- Preparing and cooking planned meals
- Hosting visiting friends
- Support with house cleaning or other house duties
